I am deeply grateful to Richard for what his coaching has done for me and I highly
recommend him as a coach. He listened well and asked insightful questions. He assigned
challenging exercises. Because of that I learned a lot about myself. I began to
see my strengths in a new light. I also became more aware of aspects of my past
work that made it unfulfilling, and I began to move from my strengths. Midway in
our work together, I was injured and was unable to physically continue along the
same path. However, Richard helped me to use even that as an opportunity for continued
learning and because of his help I not only healed my physical being, but also a
much deeper part of myself.

My work with Richard was extremely
helpful and satisfying. I believe I have found my true purpose and understanding
as to how I work and the success I have. I was able to accept my style and true
belief about my way of working with people. This has had a positive influence on
my life because I was finally able to accept my style and discontinue trying to
change it.
